Hillcrest Hospital Cushing extends lease until 2030

The City of Cushing and Hillcrest HealthCare System have executed an extension of the current lease at Hillcrest Hospital Cushing until Jan. 31, 2030. This agreement will keep Hillcrest Cushing as one of the major health care providers in the area.

“The community in Cushing has confidence in Hillcrest,” said Dee Renshaw, CEO of Hillcrest Cushing. “This agreement furthers our relationship with the Cushing community and allows us to continue providing quality care to patients in need for years to come."

The lease extension allows Hillcrest Cushing to grow its physician base, including adding local physicians who have a desire to reaffiliate with Hillcrest. The extension will also allow Hillcrest Cushing to add additional health care services that are beneficial to local residents.

“The City of Cushing has been very supportive of this extension and wants to continue partnering with Hillcrest,” said Renshaw. “The City of Cushing needs and wants a hospital, and this agreement will provide that for residents to continue receiving medical care at our facilities.”
